The accounting department

As custodian of clientele funds, Allez & Associés has an efficient and reactive accounting department. 

It is responsible for keeping our clients' funds deposited with us in connection with the agreements in which we take part.  Our status as "ministerial officer" guarantees permanence and security for deposits of funds.

To carry out assignments relating to receipt and transfers of funds in France and abroad with very short deadlines and with the greatest possible strictness, we have high-performance computer tools in close relationship with the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignation (CDC net).

The formalities department

Our role is not limited to advice and drawing up documents.  An important task is assigned to the department of formalities as soon as the documents are signed, to make sure, with short deadlines, of the effectiveness and applicability of the parties' agreements.  That is why this team handles contacts with the administrations, and particularly with the mortgage offices and the recording departments.

Legal documentation

To provide the clients with legal solutions taking the latest rules and regulations and changes in case law into account, while guaranteeing the legal security of agreements, Allez & Associés has a library containing many works, and makes access to an internet documentation and legal monitoring service available to all collaborators.

Finally, Allez & Associés makes a monthly selection of developments in connection with real estate law that can be consulted by means of keywords or by years on our reserved Client Space.

Data processing

Allez & Associés equips itself regularly with new technologies and the latest software to make everybody's work more convivial and reactive.

The best work and communication tools (particularly thanks to a secure wifi system) are also made available to the clientele in our Meeting Space.

All documents received by Allez & Associés are digitised, making fast transmission possible on any support at the client's choice.

Finally, a secured Notarial Space makes it possible to keep tabs on the various dossiers and on organisation of the on-line data room.

Electronic safe

Allez & Associés makes an electronic safe service available to clients, managed under the authority of the Chamber of Notaries of Paris.  That service makes it possible to have a secure and confidential filing of all kinds of electronic data (CD-Rom, DvD, database, software, photographs …) and to assign a definite date to such a filing by signature of a document.
